Yoga Group Classes

Yoga Classes- How do you join up?


This is not your regular Yoga class. It is taken by a Physiotherapist with an emphasis on correct anatomical alignment and an understanding of any injuries you may have. Prior assessment is preferable, but currently a teleconference will be sufficient. This is a 15-minute complimentary chat about your general health and physical condition. You will be sent a questionnaire to fill out prior to attending class.

All are welcome to join.

Including if you are;

  • returning to exercise after an injury,
  • over 50,
  • cross-training,
  • a beginner.



  • Monday 5.45 – 7.00pm 
  • Wednesday 5.45 – 7.00pm 
  • Thursday 6.00 – 6.45 am – Yoga Nidra

Location: Online while we are in lockdown. Normally at the Yoga Institute in Cammeray.

Cost $25 per class (welcome by donation if you are in financial difficulty).
